The 5th Congress of the Ha Nam Young Business Association for the term 2024-2029 was solemnly held in Ha Nam province on the morning of May 11.
Mr. Hoang Binh Quan, former member of the CPV Central Committee, former Head of the CƠV Central Committee’s Foreign Relations Department, Honorary President of the Viet Nam Young Entrepreneurs Association (VYEA); Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Luong, Permanent Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU), President of the Viet Nam Youth Union attended the Congress.
Attending and directing the Congress, on behalf of the VYEA, there were Mr. Dang Hong Anh, Vice President of the Viet Nam Youth Union, President of the VVYEA; and Vice Presidents: Mr. Nguyen Hong Phong, Mr. Nguyen Doan Thang; members of the Executive Board of the Association; representatives of leaders of Young Entrepreneurs Associations of provinces, cities, and sectors; clubs, units under the VYEA.
On behalf of Ha Nam province, there were members of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board: Ms. Le Thi Thanh Ha, Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda Department; Mr. Le Hong Quan, President of the Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Commission; Ms. Tran Thi Ngan, Chairwoman of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Mr. Nguyen Duc Toan, Secretary of Phu Ly City Party Committee; Provincial Party Committee members: Mr. Tran Xuan Duong, Vice President of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Tran Ngoc Nam, member of the Standing Board of the HCYU Central Committee, Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial HCYU, President of the Ha Nam Provincial Youth Union.
Also attending the Congress were 220 delegates who are members of the Ha Nam Young Business Association and outstanding young entrepreneurs in the province.
The Congress discussed and elected the Executive Board of the 5th term of the Association, comprising 43 members, and selected 03 members to join the Association’s Inspection Board. At the first meeting of the Executive Board (5th term), 26 members were discussed and elected to the Standing Board, and 01 President and 09 Vice Presidents of the 5th term of the Association were selected. Mr. Nguyen Duc Cuong, Vice President of the 4th term of the Association, was discussed and elected as President of the 5th term of the Association.
The Congress also decided to change the name from the Ha Nam Young Business Association to the Ha Nam Young Entrepreneurs Association; adjust the Congress term from 3 years to 5 years.
On this occasion, the VYEA awarded the Emulation Flag for the term to the Ha Nam Young Business Association and the Medal “For the Development of the Vietnamese Young Entrepreneurs Movement” to 06 outstanding individuals of the Ha Nam Young Business Association. The Ha Nam Provincial People’s Committee also awarded Certificates of Merit to the collective of the Association and outstanding individuals of the Ha Nam Young Business Association.
