Official Logo of the Viet Nam Young Entrepreneurs Association
The Viet Nam Young Entrepreneurs Association (VYEA) is a voluntary socio-professional organization of young entrepreneurs across Viet Nam and operates as a collective member of the Viet Nam Youth Federation. The VYEA is guided by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in youth movements and is subject to state management by the Ministry of Finance as well as other ministries and relevant agencies concerning its operational domains.
Starting as a Young Entrepreneurs Club with just 15 founding members, VYEA has grown into a nationwide organization with chapters established in all 63 provinces and cities, as well as within two major economic corporations. Additionally, it operates 16 affiliated clubs based on industry or shared interests, and two subordinate units, engaging nearly 20,000 active members.
Member enterprises of the Association generate annual revenues exceeding USD 40 billion—contributing more than 10% of the national GDP – and provide employment for over five million workers. The VYEA also contributes hundreds of billions of VND to social initiatives each year.
VYEA stands as one of the country’s leading business associations, recognized for its rapid growth in membership and network expansion. It is known for its dynamic operations and pioneering role in various sectors of the Viet Nam economy.

Core values
To gather and nurture generations of young entrepreneurs, creating an environment for them to grow into exemplary Vietnamese business leaders—patriotic, visionary, virtuous, ambitious, and driven by a strong desire to create wealth and build thriving enterprises that actively contribute to the nation’s economic development and serve the homeland.
To build a strong nationwide network of Young Entrepreneurs Associations across all 63 provinces and cities, as well as within key economic sectors. The goal is to expand the VYEA to 25,000 members – young business leaders managing and operating tens of thousands of enterprises – who together contribute a significant share to the country’s GDP.
To preserve, develop, and continuously enhance the reputation of flagship programs bearing the VYEA brand, such as: the Red Star Award, the Viet Nam Gold Star Award, the Outstanding Young Startup Entrepreneurs Recognition Program, and the Viet Nam Private Sector Economic Forum, among others.
To be a dynamic and ever-evolving organization that values continuous learning, innovation, and creativity – constantly enhancing the capacity of its leadership and members, and delivering high-impact initiatives that elevate the Association’s reputation while providing practical, effective support for members and their enterprises.
