The working session took place on the morning of May 25th in Ho Chi Minh City. Mr. Dang Hong Anh, President of Viet Nam Young Entrepreneurs Association (VYEA), along with Vice Presidents: Mr. Phan Thanh Thien, Ms. Luu Thi Thanh Mau, Mr. Hoang Cong Doan, and Mr. Do Huu Huynh, as well as members of the VYEA Central Committee, and several member businesses attended the meeting.
On the Chinese side, Mr. Zheng Xiaocheng, President of the Yunnan Young Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce, led a delegation of representatives from member businesses.
During the session, both sides exchanged and shared information about their organizational models and activities, while also exploring opportunities for cooperation, investment, and business for member enterprises of both organizations.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Dang Hong Anh, President of VYEA, highly appreciated the significance of this working session. He expressed his desire for the cooperative relationship between the two organizations to continue to develop strongly in the coming time, contributing to opening up many opportunities for cooperation and development in various fields such as import-export, logistics, science, information technology, and energy.
Expressing his impression with the achievements that VYEA has attained over the past 30 years, Mr. Zheng Xiaocheng, President of the Yunnan Young Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce, hoped that with similar organizational structures, the two sides would implement many joint activities in the economic field, benefiting member businesses and promoting the relationship between Viet Nam and China to continue to develop in the future.
On this occasion, VYEA expressed its wish that after the working session, the two sides would focus on strengthening cooperation in several areas:
Sharing information on trade connections, fairs, and exhibitions promoting trade and investment between the two sides. Facilitating the introduction and connection of businesses with the need to buy and sell agricultural products and food, especially in the border provinces of Viet Nam adjacent to Yunnan province.
Coordinating and supporting each other in organizing working programs and B2B connections for business delegations of both sides in the host country, aiming to connect entrepreneurs and businesses in production and business.
Sharing information about investment promotion projects between Viet Nam and Yunnan province.
Sharing information and experiences in organizational building to create many practical and effective activities for young entrepreneurs in both Viet Nam and Yunnan.
Also within the framework of the program, the delegation from the Yunnan Young Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce visited and experienced some typical products of VYEA member businesses.
Concluding the working session, representatives of both sides expressed their confidence that with joint efforts, VYEA and the Yunnan Young Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce would achieve many successes in promoting economic cooperation and developing young entrepreneurs. This meeting not only opened up new opportunities for cooperation between young entrepreneurs from both sides but also marked a positive outcome in promoting international cooperation and integration of Vietnamese young entrepreneurs with the international young entrepreneur community.
The Yunnan Young Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce (China) was established in December 2016, as an organization under the Yunnan Federation of Industry and Commerce, operating with the goal of supporting young entrepreneurs in Yunnan in various fields: training, domestic and regional trade promotion, and promoting policy dialogue with local authorities. |
