At the first panel discussion session of ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs’ Carnival 2024 (AYEC 2024) on October 3rd with the theme “Connecting to Strengthen Recovery through Co-creation and Co-investment”, Ms. Tran Phuong Ngoc Thao, Member of the VYEA’s Central Committee, Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Young Business People Association (one of the five keynote speakers) emphasized the importance of building strategic partnerships between young entrepreneurs in the ASEAN region, focusing on sustainable development solutions; flexibility, adaptability to change; and building a strategy in parallel with corporate culture clearly.
Ms. Tran Phuong Ngoc Thao also proposed a number of solutions towards sustainable development; flexible, adaptive young entrepreneurs in the face of the constant fluctuations of the world economy; in which, building a professional corporate culture is one of the important factors that bring success to businesses.
